Been taking this for over year took a month off tonchekc wasn't in my head but it wasn't this stuff helps alot gutted you have gone up in price as can get it cheaper on other sites but your the company I like was gutted tho as never got my spoon as first order many moons ago did say I'd get that aswel haha
