Been taking this for over year took a month off tonchekc wasn't in my head but it wasn't this stuff helps alot gutted you have gone up in price as can get it cheaper on other sites but your the company I like was gutted tho as never got my spoon as first order many moons ago did say I'd get that aswel haha

Resin is too solid at room temperature and have to heat up in warm water for 10 minutes before it's pliable enough to utilise. Will be looking for something else.
I have been using Shilajit Resin for two months now and I feel a noticeable difference to my energy levels. Less tired, can deal with issues much easier, improved skin condition and overall wellbeing feeling good.
This stuff is amazing, seems loke my recovery time during teaining is better, head is clearer and i was losing a lot of hair before. My partner saus my hair has got thicker aince ive been tqking this fornthe last 5 months. Delivery no problem
