Returns and Refunds
We have a NO return/refund/exchange policy UNLESS the item is damaged. Damage can include but is not limited to:
- Cracked or damaged jars.
- Empty jars
- Missing or incomplete Shilajit resin.
- Shilajit resin that has leaked, etc.
Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving by sending an email to: email@example.com.
You have 30 calendar days to return our product from the date you received it.
In order to prove damage to the item, images must be sent that shows this.
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of £28/- may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packing, or which is not returned in it's original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
