I saw the advert and thought I'd give it a go. I'm an 60 yrs old gym goer and need all the help I can get. Wow this is black gold. I felt energised and stronger. My work outs improved and I am making gains. This isn't the best taste but the gains are worth the slight bad taste. Highly recommend, I'm going to get more. It's part of my daily routine now.
